Tremblant’s Daily Honest Snow Report w/videos “6 INCHES OF SNOW OVERNIGHT”

Yep you read correctly folks we got six inches of snow overnight. It was light and fluffy, but underneath it was boiler plate groomed corduroy that was very hard and fast. The south side and gondola did not open until 11am. Frankly the south side was brutal skiing. Windblown slab snowdrifts then you would hit boiler plate hard groomed slope. Made for very scary skiing on the south side.

The north side was were you wanted to be today, but not much was open. Geant, Superior, Devils River, Rope tow, McCulloch were all closed today.

This was sweet.

Taschereau was not bad but with wind slab made it tricky

So things should greatly improve on how hard the runs are after the cats can work with this new snow a bit. Look for more trail openings tomorrow with another snowstorm coming in on Friday.
